My mission is to educate and inspire people to live a healthier life. I believe living healthy is not about making huge sacrifices. All you need are small but effective changes in your daily routine. I work with you to identify what these changes are and support you as you implement them.
My Personal Wellbeing Programmes are affordable, effective and designed around your specific needs and goals. A 6-week coaching plan includes:
6 private coaching sessions (online): we discuss your requirements and I support you through your wellbeing journey
Fitness/Exercise plan: this may range from a simple daily walk to a structured workout, depending on your goals
Nutrition advice: I do not prescribe a strict diet but rather help you correct your unhealthy eating habits so your meals are more balanced. I also conduct a 'Healthy food Shopping' session with you to help you choose the right food when shopping.
Posture Analysis: back, neck and shoulder pain are often the consequence of acquired bad posture rather than an injury. Postural analysis will allow to identify any issue with your posture.
Relaxation/ Stress Management tools: I will provide you with simple but effective strategies to manage stress so you can experience a peaceful, calm mind and mental focus even in challenging circumstances
Free access to all the online group classes (via Zoom): The timetable includes Yoga, Pilates, Cardio classes. My group classes are interactive and fun and are an excellent way to relax after work.
