Simona ZainoSimona has been teaching Argentine Tango to dancers of all levels (leaders and followers) for over 16 years. She believes (and has proven!) that anybody can learn to dance. Her classes are a balanced mix of technique, musicality and body awareness and her students greatly appreciate her clarity and sense of humor.
She is the director of Compadrito, the leading Tango School in Ireland, and The International Tango Festival in Ireland. As a dancer, Simona has performed in the most prestigious venues in Ireland such as the National Concert Hall and the Cork Opera House. Her work has been featured on RTE, The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, Cara magazine and a number of international publications. She has collaborated with renown Irish and international artists. As a Wellbeing & Fitness Coach, Yoga and Pilates instructor, she wants to inspire people to live a healthy and fulfilling life! Simona loves Donegal and is delighted to be here for the event. She is currently working on learning the Donegal accent... :) |
Margo Lex Margo is a health educator, soul guide and adviser with over 10 years’ experience. Her interest in alchemy inspired her to expand her healing power and knowledge in the holistic life style approach. She has gained the knowledge of several healing modalities such as Gem & Stone Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy, which all add to her fusion approach of health and healing.
She is deeply passionate about the human body, mind, soul, nature & science of energy, dancing and how the blend of these elements support our health and healing, she is devoted to sharing her gift to help others. Margo will guide participants through an Ayurvedic Self Massage session. A regular Ayurveda self massage practice enhances well-being and longevity and give a deep feeling of stability and warmth, it lubricates the joints, increases circulation, stimulates the internal organs of the body and assists in elimination of impurities from the body. Margo has been living in Donegal since 2007. |
